In the beginning it was 'Jollof rice', now we are on to the popular meat delicacy - 'Suya'. The restauranteur Jamie Oliver is obviously onto something bigger perhaps introducing Nigerian foods to the world. People across world's major cities are used to Chinese dishes,Indian curries, Malaysian rice and Middle Eastern Kebabs but less of African or in particular Nigerian dishes.
Mr Oliver recently prepared Nigerian Jollof rice on his popular platform which generated huge responses from his audience. Its now the turn of 'Suya' and our very own Tinie Tempah was featured as his special guest on 'Jamie and Jimmy's Friday Night Feast Recipe' to sizzle his taste buds.
I hope Chef Oliver's 'suya' was as hot as the one you find in Nigeria?.lol.
