Images of world's leaders in exercise regime is not uncommon in the media in recent time. From United States' Barack Obama's gym workout and golf game, to UK's David Cameron outdoor running. Mr. Cameron has however up the game with a new regime that includes him stopped snacking on bread. The Prime Minister said: "I'm trying my hardest, trying to go for a run every other day. I'm trying to cut the intake'. 'My downfall is having, when you get hungry in the middle of the day, having a snack."
Could this be a glimpse of P.M's new year resolution? How is your new year resolution going, still on track? It's good to know that my healthy eating & fitness classes has a fan in David Cameron.
