The Nigerian/African Community in London have been thrown into mourning as news broke out on the sudden passage of an illustrious and hardworking woman, Mrs Risikat Bola Amole also known as 'BIMS'.
Mrs Amole owns a very popular African food store situated in Peckham, London. She was said to be one of the foremost trendsetters in the business of Afro-Caribbean foods. She was also the National President, Association of Food and Vegetable Exporters of Nigeria.
Amole was found dead yesterday morning in her residence in Nigeria. Although details are still sketchy about the cause of her death.
Before her demise, she veered into politics and was vying for Member, Federal House of Representatives representing Egbede/Ona-Ara Constituency, Oyo State (South-West Nigeria) under the canopy of Accord Party.
May God give her family,friends and the Nigerian /African community the strength to move on. Its indeed a great loss.
