Twins: Who's heir to the throne?

The royal family of the city Monaco are in to making history with the way they would resolve the imminent issue in their Palace. An issue not peculiar to them alone but only of greater significance in their own circumstance.

The royals are expectant of twins births soon, however the heir to the throne is just for an individual. The issue therefore is who should this be of the twins, the first to be delivered or the last?

This case cast light in some parts of the world, where the last birth of twins is considered the older one in-line with cultural understanding. How the Monaco royals settles this impending development will be interesting.
