I saw this somewhere and I thought to myself that the qualities must be varying depending on the context in which this is asked... If you ask me, I would outrightly say it's making someone feel bad about himself or making someone feel inferior around you. This feeling does not necessarily need to be said, but the behaviour that exhibits around you might dictate this.
In Maya Angelo's words "I've learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel"
