On Tuesday, Prince William and his wife Duchess of Cambridge were on the last of their third day visit in New York at the National September 11 Memorial and Museum to place a bouquet of flower across the names of the victims.
In the note attached to the bouquet reads ;“In sorrowful memory of those who died on 11th September,”..." “and in admiration of the courage shown to rebuild.” and signed "William and Catherine"
