Three weeks after becoming the first female President of the Organisation of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC), the Nigerian Minister of Petroleum Resources, Mrs Diezani Alison-Madueke has again been appointed as the President of Gas Exporting Countries Forum(GECF), making her the first woman to occupy this position again.
The appointment was announced on Tuesday in Doha, Qatar at the ongoing 16th Ministerial Conference of the GECF.
