Ever since Kelly Rowland announced the expectation of her baby with husband Tim Witherspoon, she has turned into a role model for health and fitness during pregnancy, encouraging mothers to get off their bums and work out for a healthy body. Kelly who is weeks away from her due date told Elle magazine she tries to keep fit especially with her trainer. In her words ".... I still walk two miles everyday. I still work out. It's important to me."
She also talks about the importance of Shea butter, Coconut oil and Cocoa butter during pregnancy and the wonders it does to the skin while in pregnancy. On the kind of celebrity mum she would be,the singer said 'It's about finding your normal, whatever that may be.'
