A man drives into a crowd of people shouting 'Allahu Akbar' in France

A driver exclaiming "Allahu Akbar" an Arabic phrase for "God is great" as he drove into a crowd of people in Dijon, France on Sunday has injured 11 people, leaving two in a serious condition.
According to a source close to the investigation "The man, born in 1974, is apparently imbalanced and had been in a psychiatric hospital," the source also added that "for now his motives are still unclear."
The driver known to police for petty offences is the second person to carry out an attack after a French convert to Islam was shot dead when he attacked three police officers hollering the same chant in the central town of Joue-les-Tours.
