Forbes: World's 100 most powerful women

For the fifth year running, Angela Merkel, the Germany chancellor has been listed as the world's most powerful woman in 2015. Following her closely on the list is 67-year-old USA presidential hopeful, Hillary Clinton. At No. 3 is Melinda Gates, Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation co-chair. America first lady, Michelle Obama is at No. 10 position and billionaire & TV mogul, Oprah Winfrey at No. 12. Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth is 41st on the list.

While the list is full of inspirational women and figures to emulate, consistence of one amazon on the list draws my interest to the profile of Angela Merkel.
In the last 12 years 60-year-old Merkel has made the annual list of world's 100 most powerful women 10 times in which she has been at number 1 on the lists 9 times. Going forward, I can't help but to follow her footsteps. I feel she must not only be doing right things but also doing things right. Everyone should find in this list someone to shadow. The top 12 women on list are:

1. Angela Merkel
2. Hillary Clinton
3. Melinda Gates
4. Janet Teller
5. Mary Barratt
6. Christine Lagarde
7. Dilma Rousseff
8. Sheryl Sandberg
9. Susan Wojcicki
10. Michelle Obama
11. Geun-hye Park
12. Oprah Winfrey
