Jamie Oliver records song for Food Revolution Day

British celebrity chef Jamie Oliver has put together a song to encourage a petition to be signed for the launch of Food Revolution Day which kicks off today 15 May. 'Food Revolution Day' campaign is aiming to add mandatory practical food education in school curriculum.

The restaurateur said “It’s essential that we arm future generations with the life skills they urgently need in order to lead healthier, happier, more productive lives. I passionately believe this is every child’s human right and I hope you agree,”.

Not only did he bring artists like Sir Paul McCartney, Ed Sheeran, Alesha Dixon and others together to do a song for the campaign. He also set up a petition page where he states "My wish is to create a strong sustainable movement to educate every child about food, inspire families to cook again and empower people everywhere to fight obesity."

I totally agree and connect with this. We need to put the right food in our bodies.
