Did you know?

The Ubuntu tribe of South Africa have what they carry out as a measure to instill good virtues in its tribesman. When someone does something wrong within the Ubuntu tribe, the fellow tribesmen takes the person to the center of the village, they surround the person for two days and speak all of the good he/she has done in their life to them. This tribe believes each person has good qualities but sometimes makes mistakes.

The Ubuntu people unite in this practice to encourage any of their own to reconnect with his/her true personality. This belief is to encourage unity and affirmation which are more powerful tools to molding a behaviour.
