Nigerians remembers Ebola heroine Dr Adadevoh one year after

One year ago, Dr. Stella Ameyo Adadevoh was killed by the deadly Ebola Virus disease. The First Consultant Hospital endocrinologist contracted the disease whilst attending to a terminally infected Liberian-American, Patrick Sawyer who introduced Ebola to Nigeria.
Dr. Adadevoh was one of the 21 persons who contracted the disease and amongst the 9 who lost their lives. She died on the 19th of August 2014.

Nigerians today thronged to social media to eulogize this great woman for the selfless act of putting her self in harm's way by confining Sawyer from having further contacts with more people around him.

Rest in peace Ma'am.
