Ten percent of world's billionaires are women

Forbes has released its latest list of world's billionaires showing women having ten percent of the number. The publication shows the world now have 1810 billionaires, 16 less than the total for year 2016. Of this year figure, 190 are women, of which the leading are heiresses. L'Oréal heiress, Liliane Bettencourt and Wal-Mart heiress, Alice Walton lead the female folks with $36.1bn and $32.3bn wealth respectively. Other top heiresses on the list are that of Mars, Ferrero, BMW and Apple.
